When you purchase a subscription to our site, you can search our letter database and use the sample letters that best fit your situation. The letters can be downloaded as RTF documents.

Yes. Our business letter templates are compatible with Macintosh.
Will you write me a custom business letter?
We do not write custom letters. It is impossible to anticipate every possible situation, but there is likely to be a letter in our database of 3,000 letters that can be quickly modified to fit any situation. We recommend using our Business Letter Builder to make these modifications.
